Can you remove pet hair and pet odors?
Yes — our interior detailing includes specialized tools for extracting pet hair from carpets, seats, and hard-to-reach crevices. For persistent pet odors, smoke smell, or other stubborn odors, we offer ozone odor removal treatment (+$100) that neutralizes odor molecules at the source.
How long does interior detailing take?
Interior detailing typically takes 2-4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Vehicles with heavy soiling, pet hair, or stain removal needs may take longer. We'll give you a realistic time estimate at drop-off.
Do you clean both leather and fabric seats?
Yes — we clean and condition both leather and fabric interiors. Leather surfaces are cleaned with pH-balanced leather cleaner and conditioned to prevent cracking and fading. Fabric seats receive deep steam cleaning and extraction. We also offer ceramic fabric protection and leather coating as add-on upgrades.
What if stains won't come out completely?
Most stains respond well to our professional steam cleaning and extraction process. For stubborn or set-in stains, our dedicated stain removal add-on (+$100) uses targeted treatments for specific stain types. We'll be upfront about what's achievable during your consultation.
